Privacy Policy
Last updated 13 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit this website or join the Evenly waitlist, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
The controller for this website is:
Eesh Tyagi
Ute-Strittmatter-Straße 9, 81248 Munich, Germany
Email: privacy@evenlyathome.com
2. What we collect and why
Waitlist
If you join the waitlist we process the email address you enter. We use it only to tell you when early access to Evenly opens and to send closely related launch updates. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email; this does not affect processing that happened before.
Server logs
When you open the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
No cookies or tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no request is made to Google when you load the page.
3. Service providers
We use processors who act on our instructions under data processing agreements:
Vercel Inc. (USA) hosts the website, processes server logs and stores waitlist email addresses in a private storage area located in Frankfurt, Germany.
Where data is accessed from or transferred to the USA, this relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. How long we keep data
Waitlist email addresses are kept until you withdraw consent or until the waitlist is closed after launch, whichever comes first, and are then deleted. Server logs are kept only as long as the hosting provider needs them for operation and security, typically a few days.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email privacy@evenlyathome.com.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
6. Other points
Providing your email is voluntary; without it we simply can’t notify you. We make no automated decisions about you. The Evenly app itself will have its own privacy policy describing how household and task data is handled.
We may update this policy when the website or our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
